ALBA Motors LLC works in the automotive space, helping customers connect with vehicles they’re looking to buy or sell. For one of its promotional setups, the company needed a branded display, and we delivered a custom spinning wheel built around its branding and specifications.

The project came with a tight deadline, so getting the wheel produced and ready on time was just as important as getting the details right. Our team prioritized the order and handled the process from production through professional installation.

A Spinning Wheel Built Around the Brief

The project included one fully customized spinning wheel produced to the client's specifications:

  • Wheel Diameter: 100 cm
  • Overall Height: 130 cm
  • Wheel Material: 5mm Forex
  • Stand: MDF board cutout with stand
  • Printing: Digital printed sticker
  • Branding: Full sticker branding
  • Finish: Matte lamination
  • Mechanism: Needle mechanism

The 5mm Forex was used for the wheel itself, giving the printed surface a firm structure. The MDF board cutout and stand formed the base, while the full sticker application carried the branding across the wheel.

A matte laminate was applied over the printed graphics for a clean finished surface, and the needle mechanism was incorporated to make the wheel fully functional.

Getting a Custom Build Done on Time

The main consideration was the turnaround. This wasn't an off-the-shelf display that could simply be picked from existing stock. The wheel had to be produced to the required dimensions, branded, finished, and prepared with its mechanism and stand.

To keep the project moving, the order was prioritized through production. The spinning wheel was delivered on schedule, with installation handled as part of the service.
