Shipping Policy

Half Price Print provides fast and reliable shipping services across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). For shipments outside the UAE, a nominal shipping fee will be applied to cover logistics.

Duties and Custom

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees that may apply during delivery. We advise checking with your local customs office for updated information regarding charges.

Order Processing Time

Our team will start processing your order once payment is received. Our standard processing time is within 1 to 2 business days. We will keep you updated throughout the entire process.

Standard Turnaround Time

  • Our standard turnaround time in the UAE is 1 to 2 working days from the dispatch date.
  • We also offer same-day delivery on select orders within the UAE (based on location and order type).
  • For international shipments, delivery time may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.
  • Although we aim to meet these timelines, external factors such as customs delays are beyond our control and may affect delivery time.

Shipping Delays

Half Price Print is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather, political issues, natural disasters, war, or other uncontrollable events
  • Government authorities, including customs and clearance departments
  • Incorrect or incomplete order details or shipping addresses provided by the client

Incorrect Address and Unclaimed Shipments

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, the shipment will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs to send the order to the updated address.

Unclaimed shipments returned to us will also require the customer to bear the reshipment costs for re-delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please notify us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue and reach a satisfactory solution.

Quantity Delivered

While we aim to deliver the exact quantity ordered, production variances may result in up to 5% over or under the requested amount. Any such difference will be adjusted on a run-on cost basis.
