These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legal agreement between you (the “User,” “You,” “Customer,” “Client”) and Half Price Print ("Half Price Print," "Halfpriceprint.ae," "We," "Us"). Half Price Print is registered in the UAE under an industrial license. By accessing and using https://www.halfpriceprint.ae ("Site"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a company, “User,” “you,” or “client” refers to that entity.

Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updated terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Modification of Terms

Half Price Print may update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site confirms your acceptance of the modified terms.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you acknowledge you have read and accepted these terms.

Accuracy of Information

• You must provide accurate information for order processing.
• Half Price Print is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate details.
• Users must be at least 18 years of age.
• Users may receive service updates or campaigns using the contact details provided.

User Conduct

• You agree not to upload or share unlawful or infringing content.
• Half Price Print may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
• Users must not copy, store, modify, or distribute our content without approval. Any misuse resulting in damage requires compensation to Half Price Print.
• You agree to indemnify Half Price Print and its partners against claims resulting from misuse of the Site.

Account Security

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
• Inactive accounts (12 months) may be terminated with prior notice.
• If your account is cancelled for privacy protection, you may request assistance in creating a new account.

Intellectual Property

• All site content is owned by Half Price Print.
• Users must ensure any submitted content does not violate intellectual property rights.

Pricing and Payment

Currency

All prices are listed in AED.

Payment Options

• Cash
• Bank Transfer
• COD with Partial Payment: Advance required for production; remaining 50% can be paid on delivery.
• POS Machine (Card Payments - T&C apply)
• Payment Link Available (T&C apply)

Orders require full payment or 50% upfront before production. Delivery occurs only after full payment.

Additional Fees

A penalty of AED 500 applies for bounced cheques.

VAT

A 5% VAT applies to all services unless proper tax-exemption documents are provided.

Privacy Policy

Half Price Print (a sister site of Half Price Packaging UAE) values your privacy.

We collect and process information for order fulfillment, service improvement, and communication. We do not sell your data.

We operate in the UAE and the USA. Any expansion will be announced.

Refund and Return Policy

• Customized products are non-refundable unless defective.
• Clients must report discrepancies within 3 working days of receiving the order.

Returning Non-Defective Items

Eligible only if:

• New and unused
• In original packaging
• Includes receipt/proof
  

Approved returns receive a shipping label and instructions.

Company-Side Defects

If confirmed, we reprint your order at no cost.

Client must return the defective order within 7 working days and provide photos as evidence.

Client-Side Errors

Refunds (if approved) deduct printing, setup, shipping, and billing costs.

Non-Refundable Items

• Custom products
• Personal-use goods
• Hazardous materials
• Sale items or gift cards
  

Special Cases

We are not responsible for:

• Wrong delivery addresses
• Delayed damage claims
• Orders delivered after estimated dates

Order Cancellation

• Within 4 hours after proof approval: allowed
• Before proofing: 5% fee
• After sending proof: 10% fee
• After proof approval and printing started: 100% fee
• After 12–24 hours: non-refundable

Free warehouse storage is offered for printed orders.

Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Shipping Policy

Half Price Print provides fast shipping across the UAE.

Same-day delivery is also offered on eligible orders.

Duties and Customs

International clients are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or clearance charges.

Order Processing Time

• Orders begin processing once payment is received.
• Updated processing time: within 1–2 business days.

Standard Turnaround Time

UAE delivery turnaround: 1–2 working days from dispatch.

International delivery time varies based on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Courier companies
• Weather or political events
• Customs clearance
• Incorrect shipping details from the client

Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Shipments

Returned shipments due to incorrect addresses require reshipment fees.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Notify us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier and resolve the issue.

Quantity Delivered

Orders may vary by ±5%. Adjustments will be billed or credited accordingly.

Color Accuracy and Proofs

• Digital proofs show layout only, not exact colors
• Color variations are normal; reprints will not be issued for color differences
• Users must submit print-ready artwork
• We recommend ordering physical samples before full production

Gang Printing

Used only when required.

Overruns & Underruns

Up to ±5% variance from ordered quantity is standard.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by uncontrollable events.

Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by UAE law.
• Disputes fall under Dubai courts.

Termination & Breach

We may terminate service for:

• Abusive language
• Harassment
• Offensive behavior
• Accounts may be suspended without notice for violating terms or IP laws.
• If legal action is needed, the client covers attorney fees.
