Event Signage & ID Cards Delivered for Nails Rituals Beauty

In December, Ms. Laila Al Ghafli, host of an upcoming public event under Nails Rituals Beauty, approached Half Price Print with an urgent requirement for sail flags and custom printed ID cards. The materials were needed for a marathon event titled “THE RUN”, held at Umm Al Emarat Park, Abu Dhabi, where clear directional signage and professional participant identification were essential.

With the event date approaching quickly, the project demanded fast execution without compromising quality or accuracy.

Challenge

The key challenge was the extremely tight timeline combined with non-standard working hours. Production had to begin immediately, and installation was required to be completed by 11:00 PM on Monday, well outside regular business hours. In addition, the sail flags needed to function as clear directional markers throughout the park, while the ID cards had to be durable, legible, and professionally branded for event participants.

Solution

Once Ms. Laila shared her logo and event requirements, our team moved into action without delay. Production began on Saturday, with sail flags printed on knitted polyester using mirror-image printing and mounted on 3.5m poles with 30kg concrete bases for outdoor stability.

Simultaneously, we produced 50 PVC ID Cards with UV printing on both sides, paired with custom satin lanyards featuring edge-to-edge multicolor branding and metal hooks. Every item was carefully checked for clarity, durability, and finish.

Our team coordinated design finalization, production, delivery, and late-night on-site installation, ensuring everything was placed correctly within the park and ready before the deadline.

Results

All five sail flags and 50 ID cards were delivered and installed on time, meeting the event’s functional and branding needs perfectly. The signage provided clear direction for participants, while the ID cards added a professional touch to the marathon setup.
